Family Promise – Homeless for a Night
Sabbath and Sunday, Sept. 23 and 24, 6 p.m. to 7 a.m., Salem Lutheran Church parking lot
Pastor Ofa is sleeping in his car! Please support him and Family Promise by making a donation and turning it in to the office. Envelopes are available in the foyer - make out checks to Family Promise, NOT NCSDA. We have raised $1,500 of our $5,000 goal!
Family Promise has extended programs and is now better able to place participants into housing. Approximately one family a week now is able to get a home and there is a waiting list to enter the program! Of coursee, this takes funding. Our church's goal is $5,000 in order to help match the $80,000 goal set by Family Promise. Envelopes are available in the foyer. Checks must be made out to Family Promise, NOT NCSDA.
